Quarterly Clinical Strategy Sessions: Every 90 days, you’ll meet with Dr. Sokol for a 60-minute functional medicine consultation. These visits include a physical exam, body composition scan (BIA), a full review of your labs and supplements, and any necessary updates to your treatment protocols. Sessions may be held virtually when requested.

"A few weeks ago I had a sudden health scare with severe pain that came on out of nowhere. I wasn’t sure what to do, so I called Dr Sokol. He got back to me right away, even though it was late at night, and guided us on what to ask for at the ER, which helped them get to the root of the issue much faster.
Because Dr Sokol has extensive experience in both urgent care and hospital settings, the ER doctor had no hesitation speaking with him directly at midnight to align on my care plan.

how to become a member
All memberships are structured as 12-month commitments. This gives you the consistency to see real progress, and gives us the time to build something that lasts.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can upgrade at any time. We’ll help you decide if a different structure is a better fit as your goals or needs evolve.
What if I want to switch membership tiers later?
Your membership covers your visits, access, communication, and strategic planning. Labs are billed separately (most patients use their insurance for these) and supplements are available at exclusive member discounts through our preferred supplement store.
What's included in the membership fee?
We don’t bill insurance for memberships, but you can often use it for labs, imaging, and prescriptions. Our team can help you understand what’s covered and what’s not.
Do you take insurance?
You’ll complete a short intake process, schedule your initial visit and Blueprint labs, and get access to your patient portal. From there, Dr. Sokol will begin building a strategy around your history, your lab results, and your goals.
What happens after I choose a membership?
